These messengers help to signal different functions within the body. They are like support systems of communication.

💉Peptides have been studied for a while now and while there is still much to learn, they are the next wave of holistic health.

This isn’t about a quick fix or the next holistic trend. This is about longevity. The access we now have and will continue to have for our own health benefits. It’s really exciting.

But here’s where you need to be careful. It’s still a little of the Wild West out there. Which is why sourcing and UNDERSTANDING where these peptides are coming from is essential.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted….

This felt needed. While I don’t completely condemn AI, it’s apart of the future. No matter what our stance on it is, it’s happening.

However, it’s important to remember there are certain things that AI will never be able to replace.

Human connection, touch + experience are all things AI can never replace. It’s important more now than ever to find those connections and nurture them deeply.
