Earlier this week, we filmed conversations with WNDU about food allergies, ahead of the Food Allergy Awareness Family Walk on October 3 in downtown Elkhart.

Dr. Cassady, Dr. Barnes, and Lindsay Siciliano, a local mom whose young daughter lives with food allergies and the walk's organizer, came together for an “Ask the Doctor” conversation about the realities of living with food allergies, the challenges families face, and why awareness matters.

The Food Allergy Awareness Family Walk is happening Saturday, October 3, at 9 a.m. at Central Green in downtown Elkhart.

It’s a one-mile walk bringing families and community members together to raise awareness, support families living with food allergies and help create safer, more inclusive communities.

We’ll be sharing the “Ask the Doctor” conversations here in the weeks ahead so you can hear directly from Dr. Cassady, Dr. Barnes and Lindsay. You can also tune in to WNDU in mid-September to catch the segments when they air.

Had a great time at Tire Rack today with Inspire and our ENT providers for an important conversation about sleep apnea, listening to your body, and getting the rest you need.

We met with several members of the Tire Rack team to talk about the signs of sleep apnea, when it’s time to seek help, and how better sleep can impact your overall health and well-being.

Sleep is more than just getting through the night. If you’re snoring regularly, waking up tired or noticing other signs of sleep apnea, it’s worth having a conversation with a health care provider.

Our ENT team treats sleep apnea and snoring and offers advanced treatment options, including INSPIRE therapy.

We had a great turnout for our staff outing at the South Bend Cubs, with employees and their families coming together to enjoy a beautiful evening at the ballpark.

It was our way of saying thank you to the people who show up every day for our patients, support one another and keep The South Bend Clinic moving forward.

We’re grateful for everything our team does, day in and day out. And we’re even more grateful that we could take a night to enjoy it together.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Jim Stone to The South Bend Clinic’s Internal Medicine team.

Dr. Stone provides whole-person care with a focus on building lasting relationships with his patients, including the management of complex and chronic medical conditions.

New patients are welcome, and appointments are available starting September 18.
