Tonight's final Restorative Reset class was emotional for so many reasons 🌟 Thank you so much to every student who has trusted me to hold space and help guide them home to themselves over the past 3+ years 🙏 I created this class after the loss of my Mom in 2022, and was honored to share Reiki and Yoga Nidra with my Dad for 2 years before he passed. They were each a reason I became a teacher in the first place 💜 I felt them sitting with me in the studio every Tuesday night. While this practice will always hold a special place in my heart, I've felt called in another direction. Don't worry, a version of this class will still exist, as an event, periodically. A huge thank you to my Mom and Dad, cuz ya know, I wouldn't be who I am today with them. I still miss them every day🌟
