Good morning everyone,

I wanted to pop on and let you know that I will be doing another live event on Friday with Insight Timer.

Again, this is FREE! Donations are accepted via the app or you can find my handles, however, it costs nothing to join so please come support.

It will be a 15 minute grounding meditation with sound bowls on Friday, April 12th at 2:30 pm EST. I've attached the link.
