Back pain, all pain really, is a multifactorial event. it is usually never just one thing. learning how to move, function, live well during flare ups, etc. is paramount to resilience, good living, and well-being.

On suffering versus health and well-being.
On being a patient versus patient-centered.
This is the main reason why i don't refer to the humans and 4-legged non-humans as patients.

Putting a label on someone: patient, woman, prisoner, disabled person, etc., you reduce someone to that label and ignore the stratification of that individual.
