What the body has to tell us can sometimes surprise us. Especially when we've done the work, we're feeling positive, and life is flowing. This is natural! Life happens. We uncover new layers. We encounter new experiences. It could even just be the stress of the holidays! 😉

Discomfort, tears, and pain are a part of living! We haven't somehow failed if they arise, we should expect them to. It's how we work with what shows up... that's the evidence of how far we've come.

AND, seeking help is not a sign of failure but success! You have the wisdom to know that support helps you work through things more effectively.
