Free Access Health Clinic is looking for someone passionate about making healthcare more accessible for our neighbors.
We’re a volunteer-powered nonprofit clinic serving uninsured and underserved adults throughout Vermont. As our clinic grows, we’re looking for someone who can help coordinate volunteers, improve clinic operations, strengthen community partnerships, and support our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care to everyone who walks through our doors.
This isn’t just another administrative position.
You’ll help shape one of Vermont’s newest free medical clinics and work alongside physicians, nurses, students, and community volunteers who believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone.

You’ll help with:
✔ Clinic operations
✔ Volunteer coordination
✔ Community partnerships
✔ Grant & donor support
✔ Scheduling & workflow
✔ Impact reporting
✔ Helping build the future of the clinic

We’re looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, self-motivated, and excited to help a growing nonprofit make a real difference.

Healthcare or nonprofit experience is preferred but not required.
The position includes an introductory evaluation period to ensure a good fit for both the successful candidate and the clinic.
