Zenova Med Spa is hiring motivated, dependable, and patient-focused professionals to join our team in South Elgin.

We are currently hiring for:

💙 Patient Care Coordinator
💙 Licensed Esthetician
💙 Client Care Manager

Our ideal candidates are professional, organized, friendly, and passionate aboucreating an exceptional patient experience.

For our Licensed Esthetician position, we’re seeking an experienced medical spa professional with:

• A current Illinois esthetics license
• At least 2 years of hands-on medical spa experience
• Experience with laser hair removal, tattoo removal, chemical peels, microneedling, and facial laser treatments
• Experience assessing skin types and selecting appropriate treatment settings
• Strong consultation, treatment-planning, and skincare recommendation skills
• Strong focus on patient safety.

Experience with PicoFY, Alma Soprano Titanium, or similar laser platforms is preferred.

Our Client Care Manager will help oversee lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, patient retention, front desk operations, inventory, monthly events, team performance, and the overall patient experience.
