Somewhere along the way, many of us picked up the idea that mindfulness means being calm, positive, grateful, and completely at peace with everything.
Most of the time, that's not reality.
Real presence isn't about curating your emotional experience. It's about showing up for it. The anxiety, the confusion, the joy, the boredom, the uncertainty... all of it.
You don't need to become someone else before you can be here.
Just Be F*cking Present.
