A massage that moves like the ocean… 🌊

Kate is bringing the beautiful tradition of Lomi Lomi back to Spirit Tree after returning from Hawaii, where she continued her advanced training in this rare and deeply honoring style of bodywork.

Lomi Lomi is more than a massage — it is a flowing, rhythmic practice inspired by the movement of the ocean. The continuous, intentional strokes invite the body to soften, release, restore, and reconnect.

I truly love the way Kate holds this work. Her presence, care, and intuitive touch make each session feel like a beautiful gift. 🤍

🌿 Something is shifting in me lately.
I've been deep in my aromatherapy studies, and what I thought I already knew about plant medicine keeps revealing new layers.

I cherish the way a single drop of lavender can quiet my nervous system that has been running on high all day. Bergamot gently lifts what feels too heavy to carry and the way cedarwood brings you back to your body when your mind has wandered too far, (this is a common occurrence with me lol).
Plants have been healers for thousands of years. I'm simply learning to listen more carefully.

This knowledge is already finding its way into everything I do at Spirit Tree Wellness—into foot soaks, massage blends, and even the air itself.
