Evan brings extensive experience leading network strategy, claims cost optimization, and value-based care initiatives across large, complex healthcare organizations. He has successfully managed multibillion-dollar provider portfolios, negotiated high-impact agreements delivering meaningful cost reductions, and driven innovative reimbursement models that balance affordability, quality, and access.
