Join us for Prenatal Yoga, a therapeutic class designed to support you through the full journey of pregnancy and postpartum.
Weβll move through safe, beneficial postures, pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, meditation, and grounding practices that help you feel more comfortable in your changing body and more connected to your baby.
Youβll also find a warm, welcoming space to ask questions, share whatβs real, and connect with other pregnant mothers in our community.
