💦
For years, we’ve heard the same advice:
“𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬 8 𝘨𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢 𝘥𝘢𝘺.”
It’s simple—but it’s not exactly accurate.

Factors that can increase your hydration needs include:
☀️ Sun exposure
🏔️ Living at altitude
🏃 Exercise and activity
💦 Sweating
🍷 Alcohol consumption
☕ Caffeine intake
💊 Certain medications
🤒 Illness or recovery
💪 Body composition
A good baseline for many adults is about half your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water per day.
For example:
• 120 lbs → ~60 oz
• 150 lbs → ~75 oz
• 180 lbs → ~90 oz
Then add more based on your activity level, environment, and lifestyle.

How much water are you drinking today? 💧
