Enhance Spa is now offering physician guided wellness protocols and weight management. I myself have lost 57 pounds in two years my first 45 pounds coming off in the first year. I will be sharing before and after photos of myself, and although embarrassing, I do think it’s important to show that we all start somewhere and had I known the day that I started that I’d feel the way that I do right now I would’ve told myself to do it a lot sooner. ✨ NOW OFFERING: PHYSICIAN-GUIDED WELLNESS & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT ✨

Enhance Spa is so excited to officially announce the next phase of our mobile spa and wellness services.

In addition to our red light therapy body treatments, we are now offering physician-guided wellness, weight management & longevity protocols, with individualized guidance and physician oversight.

This one is especially personal for me. After going through a major health crisis in 2023, I began my own weight-loss journey in October 2024. I’m incredibly proud to say that I am now 57 pounds down — and more importantly, I feel like I’ve gotten so much of myself back. 🤍

We’ve already had the privilege of helping clients achieve incredible results, with some losing anywhere from 20–90 pounds, and I’m so excited to be able to offer this next step through Enhance.

Your journey is yours to share, or not share. Every client’s participation and progress will be treated with privacy and confidentiality. There is absolutely no expectation to share your weight, photos, results or personal experience publicly.

The before-and-after transformations you may see us share are from individuals who have willingly chosen and given permission to share their results and their journey. If you feel proud of your progress and want to share it, we would absolutely love to celebrate you — but that choice will always be yours. 🤍

A little note about my photos: The photos I’m sharing of myself are approximately one year apart. Some of my “before” photos include friends or family simply because, at that point in my life, I didn’t take many photos by myself when I wasn’t feeling confident in my body. Anyone pictured alongside me is not necessarily part of this journey or program — they just happened to be beside me in photos that captured where I was at that time. 🤍

Programs start at $299/month.

To celebrate the launch, I’m opening 10 introductory spots at $200/month.

One treatment down… and these are the results!

These before and after photos were taken after just 1 of 3 treatments combining Elevare Red Light Therapy with a light chemical peel.

Even after a single session, you can already see an improvement in the appearance of pigmentation, overall skin tone, and texture. The skin is brighter, healthier-looking, and still in the healing process.

While everyone’s skin responds differently, this is why these treatments are performed as a series of three. Each treatment builds on the last to continue supporting collagen production, improving skin texture, and creating a brighter, more even-looking complexion.

I’m so excited to finally start sharing more of what we’ve been working on behind the scenes.
We’re proud to introduce Elevare Red Light Therapy, a highly sought after treatment found in luxury spas. Now, we’re bringing that same luxury experience directly to you.
Designed to support healthy skin, collagen production, skin rejuvenation, and recovery, Elevare Red Light Therapy can also support improvements in skin firmness over time and is a wonderful complement for clients looking to improve the appearance of stretch marks following weight loss. It can be enjoyed as a stand-alone treatment or paired with chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, and body treatments to elevate your results and create a customized treatment plan.

I’m also proud to be partnering with Dr. Josh Welch to begin offering physician guided wellness support. Together, our goal is to combine beauty, wellness, and longevity with treatments that are personalized, evidence informed, and designed to help you look and feel your very best.

Ok! Here we go!
The things that scare us the most are often the very things that change our lives.

Today, I’m finally able to share something that’s been on my heart for a long time.
After eight incredible years in my brick-and-mortar location, Enhance Spa Tahoe is officially mobile. 🤍
This wasn’t an easy decision. That space held thousands of appointments, conversations, friendships, milestones, laughter, and even a few tears. It was where so many of you trusted me with your skin, your confidence, and pieces of your lives. I’ll always be grateful for everything those walls represented.
But over time, I realized my dream had grown beyond a building.
Going mobile gives me the opportunity to bring a more personal, convenient, and elevated experience directly to my clients while creating the freedom to continue growing in ways I’ve always imagined.
As a proud third-generation Tahoe local, it means so much to continue serving this community in a new way while staying true to what Enhance has always been about: helping people feel confident, cared for, and seen. The first of its kind in our small town.
This is only the beginning.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing some exciting new additions to Enhance Spa Tahoe that reflect where my heart has always been bringing beauty, wellness, and healthy aging together.

Just a reminder…

Until June 1, I’m offering:

✨ 3 Chemical Peels – $350
✨ 3 Customized Facials – $235
Both include eyebrow maintenance

These packages must be purchased before June 1, but may be redeemed anytime throughout the year.

For the best results, I do recommend using them consecutively, especially for corrective skincare goals and maintaining your glow.

After June 1, peel and facial packages will return in the fall season.
