Follow these few steps to examine your breast.
Kindly visit the hospital if you see any of these signs and symptoms

🛑 A rashes around or on one ni**le

🛑 Change in breast size / shape

🛑Sudden discharge from breast other than breast milk

🛑Lump / hard swelling fixed to the skin or chest wall

🛑Redness / darkening, scaling sore on the breast

🛑Sudden sharp pain in the affected area

🛑Retraction of the ni**le or part of the skin

Breast Cancer can be treated when detected early.

‼️Note: Become very familiar with you breast so that when there is any change in your breast you can tell and seek the appropriate care‼️

Our God did it again. Last month, which was September 2024. I had the privilege to be on Pent TV the second time, to give a talk on ‼️ CHANGING THE NARRATIVE ON SU***DE BY CREATING HOPE THROUGH ACTION‼️

It was insightful, exciting and above all educative.❣️
