Everyone obsesses over the workout. Nobody talks about the part that actually determines whether you can walk normally tomorrow: recovery.

Here’s what’s happening after a session like Burn Bootcamp, your muscles have tiny micro-tears from the strain, and they’re flooded with tension and waste buildup (lactic acid, inflammation) that your body has to clear out. Massage speeds that process up. It increases blood flow to the area, helps flush that buildup faster, and loosens the fascia and muscle fibers that just spent an hour under load. Translation: less soreness, faster bounce-back, and you’re not walking down stairs like a newborn deer tomorrow.

We’re at Burn Bootcamp New Hudson Saturday, August 8th with free 5-minute chair massages, because the workout isn’t the whole plan. Recovery is the other half nobody schedules.
