BLOOD, BONE & ROOTS 🍂

An Autumn Day of Herbal Medicine, Ancestral Wisdom & Earth Ritual

As the earth begins to turn inward, we are invited to do the same—to gather our medicine, honor our roots, remember those who came before us, and release what we no longer wish to carry into winter.

Join me for a beautiful five-hour autumn gathering devoted to plants, medicine making, ancestral connection, ritual and community.

🌿 Together we will make:
• Elderberry Oxymel
• Mugwort Elixir
• Botanical Incense

We’ll create an ancestral altar in celebration of Día de Mu***os, take a shamanic journey to connect with our ancestors, and spend time in ritual, reflection and release.

And, of course, we’ll gather around the table for a nourishing seasonal lunch together. 🍲🌿

This is a day to work with our hands, listen with our hearts, and remember the medicine held within the plants, the earth, and our own ancestral roots.

Good morning from a little pocket of autumn magic in New York. 🍂✨

Sitting in my cousin’s backyard, watching the horses graze on the far side of the pond, I feel the tiredness of summer slowly melting off my bones. The trees are dressed in gold and crimson, the water holds the sky, and for a moment, I feel as though I could stay here forever.

A book, a movie, a little sweater shopping… and long, quiet moments with my dog beside me. Simple pleasures that bring me back to myself.

At home, there is always something to do, somewhere to go, something to create, someone to help. Here, I can simply be. With the horses, the trees, the gentle energy of the water. Letting my nerves soften and my spirit catch up with my body.

There is medicine in this pause. In letting autumn hold me while I rest.

Self-love is a necessity. Sometimes it looks like stepping away long enough to hear your own soul whisper again. 🤍🍁

I first came to acupuncture as a patient in my 20’s with significant chronic knee pain. Acupuncture gave me great relief before, during and after multiple surgeries. That experience led me to pursue a career in helping others with TCM. I’ve helped countless patients achieve their fertility goals, manage their pain, and maintain their health with regular treatments while working in practices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

I have a proven track record for helping clients with a wide range of diagnoses and concerns: arthritis, migraines, digestion issues, reproductive issues, insomnia, depression, neuropathy and other neurological disorders, recovery from cancer treatments, SUD and more.

I hold a dual Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbal Medicine from New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS. I am licensed to practice acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Massachusetts.
I’m the father of 2 grown sons, a musician, skier, kayaker and an artist. I love the natural beauty and creative community on the Cape, and feel grateful to call it home.”
