We happen to be in a new moon phase as well. I am part of a who strongly believe in Sound Healing therapy. From Corpus Christi down to South Padre Island and the Rio Grande Valley. We are continuing this like others have before us. I can’t tell you enough how much this has positively impacted my life. Every time my mom makes the paper from her local rounds or shots, I smile. This write up from Javi says it all , bird migration is a big deal around here! People sometimes forget why this place is so special here in the RGV. Just walk around a bit. The wildlife 🍃 🦜 is a mix of South Texas and Mexico’s natural inhabitants, so special and unique.
Because I am still so passionate about staying in good health for surfing (being in the water) as much as I can, I don’t get to make the events and the gatherings as much as I would like. But if you haven’t already, please visit the SPI Birding Nature center here on South Padre Island to learn more!

A visit to the PI clinic and speaking with Dr. Mata reminded me how important it is in keeping up with physical therapy and therapeutic exercises!
Physical therapy can benefit all ages. At Surge, they have different modalities and plans of care depending on what you need help with. They take health insurance and cash based options. All you have to do is give them a call or email them your photo ID and copies of your health insurance.
Follow them also at !! They are the best!! 🧡🖤
