My favorite part of adaptive yoga classes is the people I get to hang with!

Today one of my friends wanted to hang with the girls instead of meet me on the mat. They played, climbed, ran around, then sat in the grass to relax.

Yoga classes should meet everyone where they are at, celebrate whatever movement feels right for their body, and leave everyone with their cup full, regardless of time on the mat.

Today my cup is full. My girls cup is full. My friends cups are full 🫶🏼

💦 Water Yoga Fun in Moore Park! 🧘‍♀️☀️

Looking for a fun way to beat the heat? Join us this Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM at Moore Park for a morning of movement, laughter, and lots of water!

Here is what we have planned:

What to wear: Something you don't mind getting SOAKED! 💧

This is a donation-based, fully inclusive class where every single child is welcomed exactly as they are. Whether they want to jump right into the flow or just observe from the sidelines, we are here to celebrate them! ❤️

Join us starting June 3rd for our favorite Wednesday morning tradition at Moore Park!

If you’re new to the group, here is what a typical morning looks like: We gather as a community to explore breath awareness, gentle stretching, strengthening, and balance. We wrap up our movement with a story where the kids get to act out the journey through what they just learned!

The best part? There is zero pressure. Whether your child is focused on their mat, running through the grass, or just soaking in the energy, they are exactly where they need to be. We celebrate movement in whatever way feels joyful to them.

• When: Wednesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. (Starting June 3rd)
• Where: Moore Park, South Paris
• Cost: Donation-based (Contributions go directly toward program snacks and supplies! 🍎)

Prepping the summer first aid kit ☀️
(Hoping for warmer weather!)

These are my main infusions for skin care for the whole family

I whip them in with locally sourced grass fed beef tallow which mimics human sebum to hydrate and repair the skin barrier. Rich in fatty acids and vitamins A, D, E, and K, it doubles as both an emollient to soften skin and an occlusive to lock in moisture.

I also add Vitamin E oil and raw cocoa butter for good measure 🤌🏼
