Some days feel heavier than others—and that’s okay. You don’t always have to be strong, happy, or put together. Feeling sad, angry, overwhelmed, or tired doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It just means you’re human.
Your emotions are trying to tell you something, and they deserve to be heard. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to need support. You don’t have to go through everything alone, even when it feels that way.
If today is hard, take a slow breath and remind yourself that what you’re feeling won’t last forever. You are allowed to feel, to rest, and to heal in your own time.
