We’ve been working behind the scenes this summer to pave the way for saunas to operate at beaches in Maine (and setting aside some beach time for ourselves in the process). We want to help locals thrive through the seasons and enjoy our coast year round.

Through the slow, steady progress of establishing off-season residences at the beach, we remind ourselves of why we’re putting in this effort: because we believe gathering at a waterfront community sauna is one of the most joyful ways for Mainers to embrace the colder, darker months of the year.

For all the folks who work at our beloved food, beverage, & hospitality businesses, we’re hosting Industry Night on Sunday, April 26th just for you. $20 hour-long sauna sessions (first one starts at 4pm) and a short walk over to the pop-up at to round out your evening. We’re so excited to host our East End Beach sauna guests this weekend in partnership with ! A couple reminders:

Parking
We’ll be parked next to the bath house in the lower lot, and you are welcome to find parking in the nearby spaces by the boat launch, in the lot near where the food trucks park, and on the road leading to the parking lots.

If you booked a seat for someone else
Please share the link to sign a waiver with any guests you booked a seat for prior to the session to speed up your check-in process! Find the link to sign more waivers in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation policy
This is a sold out event, and we cannot provide refunds for cancellations 12 hours before your session. If something comes up and you can’t make it, please email us at [email protected] or DM us on Instagram so that we can open up your seat.

What to know before your session
~Wear clothes to sweat in! Bathing suits or athletic wear are required to be worn at all times
~Arrive hydrated and bring a water bottle
~Bring at least one towel—all guests must sit on a towel in the sauna, and you may want another for drying off sauna sweat and salt water
~Wear shoes you can easily slip on and off—you’ll be barefoot in the sauna!
