It's hard to believe that it's already Christmas time. Where did the year go? All of the lessons and all of the amazing experiences that I've had this year have just flown by so quickly. Faster than any other year it seems. I'm so grateful that I've been able to stop and smell the roses and have some really amazing experiences and even though I didn't share them here on social media they are very close to my heart and brought a lot of growth into my life this year. I hope as you reflect over your year that you see those sweet and tender moments that brought you great joy. It's been an intense year y'all! Look for the silver linings.

Hello, good morning, how's everybody doing? How you holding up? We've been going through some interesting energy here lately haven't we? You doing okay? How you surviving? Have you been feeling anxiety? Have you been feeling depressed? Have you been feeling overwhelmed or feeling like what's the purpose of all this intense energy and shenanigans? I haven't really posted in a while, sometimes social media is tough for me stay on top of. But I really feel like it's important to let you know that you're not alone. There are so many that are struggling. The last couple of years of going through a pandemic and economic hardships have definitely taken their toll. It may even make you feel like there's no hope. There's always hope. There's always a silver lining. You see we can't know sunshine without rain, we can't know happy without sad. We're just experiencing duality at a higher level right now. We're going through a huge shift and change in the collective consciousness and sometimes growth has growing pains. Now I will agree that there's been some wonky energy with this Mercury retrograde and the eclipses that were in the middle of, add the intense solar flares that we've been having and we've got a catalyst for some energy that feels uncomfortable. Lean in. Lean into the uncomfortable. Lean into the change. Lean into your life purpose. Tap into what you know you get to do in this lifetime. Many years ago when I was a young woman I worked at a bank in Colorado and I had a customer that came in one day and our computer system told us it was for 80th birthday and I said "Edith how did you get here", and she slapped the teller window counter and said "Shelly, I started with my obituary and worked backwards". Those words have been the driving force for my life. What did I want my obituary to say? Did I wanted to say that I work 60 hours a week? No I wanted it to say that I made a difference in the lives of my loved ones and every person that I meet. I wanted to say that I lived the measure of my creations and I left a positive imprint on the sands of time. What do you want your obituary to say about you?

Hi Everyone. I'm so thankful for all of you sharing my journey with me over the past several years.

Over the last year, spirit has been telling me to increase my rates, and I have been working through it in my heart space. It's been a long time since I've felt the nudge to make this type of change and have struggled with the idea because I want to remain accessible to everyone in need. But after hours of heartfelt consideration, I've worked with spirit and have settled on a modest increase for the new year.

Starting January, my rates will increase to $143 per session. If you'd like to take advantage of my current rate of $111, please message me to schedule your session.
