Take away from this mornings meditation:
During the day at any point - as you are in action or pausing:
Allow yourself to sink into your body so as to feel the fullness of your presence. Breathe in and out, and you with this you are adding to your wealth of awareness. As our awareness grows right action blossoms. Breathing in and out, we drop the tension and the emotional load that we might have taken on. This is letting go..... and in that letting go whatever next will be easier and filled with the grace of being. - 😍 Frances
