Hyperpigmentation affects all skin types, however African American skin is particularly vunerable because of the melanin content it has.

Monthly facials are an excellent way to get your skin back to having a good-looking texture and tone.

Life events and environmental stressors affect hormones, which in turn affect skin cells and their metabolic functions, creating acne and clogged pores. Overly stimulated cells produce excessive oil; clients tend to wash their face more often, and with soap or apply alcohol and other products that dry the surface and change the skin’s natural acid mantle.

For Your Skin Only Day Spa: We use the ATZEN Skin Care line and recommend the cleansing gel, aesthetician’s choice award winning cleansing gel (2023), an excellent soap substitute for sensitive, rosacea and acne skin conditions.

Schedule your facial today. Learn how to balance surface bacteria and improve a dry textured complexion.
