🍎 Back-to-school checklist:

✅ School supplies
✅ New books
✅ Crayons
✅ Up-to-date immunizations

Before the first bell rings, take a moment to make sure your child’s vaccines are up to date. Vaccination helps protect your child as they return to school or daycare this fall.

Have questions? Talk with your child’s pediatrician or review the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) immunization schedule:

DYK you can track your child's development using the WICShopper App? 📱

From birth to 5 years, children reach important milestones in how they play, learn, speak, act, and move. 👶 🧸The WIC Act Early Initiative provides milestone checklists to help parents and caregivers understand what most children can do by certain ages and monitor their child’s development along the way. 📲 Open your WICShopper App and look for the “Developmental Monitoring” button to access resources and milestone checklists!

💡 Monitoring milestones is a great way to celebrate your child’s progress and know when to talk with your child’s doctor if you have concerns. There are several options for completing a milestone checklist: complete a checklist online, print a copy, or download the free CDC Milestone Tracker Mobile App.
