Yesterday’s Chair Yoga class with Megan was a full house! 🧘‍♀️💙

Residents gathered for a gentle, restorative session focused on movement, balance, breathing, and overall well-being. It’s always wonderful to see so many familiar faces taking time to care for both body and mind.

Resident Jean Burnham's painting graces this month's calendar cover, and the programming matches the season. A trip to Flanders Nature Center to explore the work of artist Natalie Van Vleck. A Georgia O'Keeffe documentary. The Reel Royalty film series with Mervyn Clay. A 17-piece orchestra concert celebrating Flag Day and America's 250th. Jesus Christ Superstar at Goodspeed.

And woven through every week: lectures, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Walking Warriors, Afternoon Tea, Bingo, and a Summer Concert Series starting in July.
