A full day of connection, collaboration, and growth for Akoya.

Led by our COO, Ian Santus, our leadership team came together for clinical and operational meetings focused on our values, strengthening our teams, sharing ideas, and continuing to grow together.

A little summer goodbye 💙
Some people are only with you for a short time, but still manage to make a lasting impact.
These three joined us for the summer, and in just a few short months, they became such a valued part of our Akoya team. They brought so much kindness, patience, positivity, and heart to the kids and to the people around them.
We’re so grateful for everything they gave this summer and for all the little moments that made them such a special part of our days. While we’re sad to see them go, we’re so excited for them as they head off to school and start this next chapter. 🎓
Thank you for making your summer with us so meaningful. You’ll definitely be missed! 🤍

Our Akoya team bonding day had a little bit of everything! A fun icebreaker, delicious food, mini golf, and plenty of laughs along the way!

And of course… we couldn’t end mini golf without some prizes! 🏆🎉

Because the best teams don’t just work together, they connect, laugh, celebrate, and make memories together.

Last week, we made space to do something that matters: think like clinicians again. 🧠✨
We brought BCBAs from Akoya and beyond together to dive into the research, ask the hard questions, and learn from one another.
A huge thank you to Adam Briggs, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA for an engaging and practical conversation on staying connected to modern ABA research, without needing a university library or endless hours to make it happen. 📚
Because great clinicians never stop learning. And when we keep learning, the families we serve benefit most. 🤍
Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to learn, connect, and grow, and to our team for creating a night that reminded us why this work matters.

What a night! 🎲🏆
From board games and card games to friendly competition, great conversations, delicious food, and fun prizes, Game Night was a huge success!
It was so nice to spend time together outside of work, get to know each other better, share some laughs, and make new memories as a team. Whether you came to win, snack, socialize, or just have fun, we loved having you there.
