It means connecting with your divine self, knowing that you are already perfect love, joy, peace and truth. With guidance, you can bring that divine self into your life and thereby transforming it. We are a collaborative group practice providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Building trust with a therapist takes time.

Therapy isn’t something you rush into, it’s a relationship that develops slowly, with space to get to know each other and find your rhythm. Some sessions will feel easy, others more challenging. It’s meant to ebb and flow.

One of the most important pieces is connection. You should feel safe, supported, and able to be yourself - and it’s okay to take time to figure out if a therapist is the right fit for you.

There’s also something powerful in knowing this space is completely confidential. It allows you to open up in ways you may not feel able to anywhere else.

Over time, that trust becomes the foundation for real growth.

Before the noise of the day begins, this creates a moment of pause. A moment to come back into your body, to regulate your nervous system, and to shift your focus with intention.

Another year older, wiser, and a little more aligned with who I truly am.

This past year has brought growth, challenges, healing, sword fights, deep conversations, and more lessons than I can count and I’m grateful for all of it. Every experience has shaped me, strengthened me, and reminded me to stay present and keep evolving.

I’m walking into this next year with intention…
to keep growing,
to keep creating,
to keep helping others heal,
and to keep embracing both the magic and the mess along the way.

We are looking to hire mental health clinicians as a growing, collaborative group practice providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions, using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, and relationship-focused approaches.
