The Lakeland Center The Lakeland Group provides a contiuum of care for patients in Southeast Michigan.

Founded in 1988 in the small wing of a nursing home, The Lakeland Group focused on providing Neurological rehabilitation for pateints that have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI). Since that time, The Lakeland Group has grown to offer care to over 120 patients recovering from various illnesses and injuries. While TBI rehab still remains a passion for many of our staff, we also have programs sp

ecializing in orthopedic care, cardiac disease, respiratory insufficiencies, and most other medical conditions.
