The First Polarity – Rays of the Dawn

In Dr. Thurman Fleet’s Rays of the Dawn, every negative state of the mind has a positive opposite in the soul. They are not two separate forces — they are the same energy at different ends of the spectrum.

Fear (negative pole) keeps us contracted, stuck, and disconnected from our natural healing power.

Now that we’ve completed the Zone Technique series, we begin the next chapter: balancing the mind and soul with Dr. Thurman Fleet’s teachings.

But first — we must honor the Four Laws of the Body. These are Nature’s non-negotiable rules for physical health:

Nourishment – The body grows and repairs through the right natural foods that supply exactly what each cell needs.

Movement – Regular, suitable motion of the body keeps blood and energy circulating and prevents stagnation.

Recuperation – Deep rest, quality sleep, and recreation give the body time to rebuild what daily life breaks down.

Sanitation – Proper elimination of waste, clean air, water, and internal cleanliness keep toxins from interfering with normal function.
