Jamie M. wanted to find a solution to help her lose weight and incorporate healthy meals at the same time. How much time could you get back to your week if you were not having to spend time prepping those meals. Another positive is that you do not have to eat the same thing all week long. Meet Lauren one of our members in Southlake. She plays high school and select lacrosse and has found a way to get stronger and improve her game all with our 20 minute workouts. Our Fitness Coach plays an important role in creating an incredible environment for our members to get results. This opportunity will provide you with coaching and training experience and help you see what the health and wellness world is all about. Certifications are not required but a willingness to learn is a must. Utopia Food + Fitness is a comprehensive, research-proven food and exercise program for lasting, healthy, weight loss, and fitness results. Each member is provided with a custom meal and exercise plans. All members' meals are prepared fresh daily by our Executive, four-star, James Beard recognized Chef and individually packaged for each member to take home and enjoy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the Studio Director

· Ensure members reach their personal health and fitness goals

· Help provide a fun, safe, motivating member experience

· Check in each member on their progress, concerns, and testimonials

· Guide members through their exercise routines on circuit equipment

· Follow up with management on any member assistance needed

· Provide prospects with information on how we achieve lasting results

· Maintain a clean facility

· Manage inventory needs

· Review workout cards to ensure proper programming

Job Requirements:

· Clean-cut professional demeanor

· Passionate about helping others

· Dependable and outgoing, caregiver personality

· Great Customer Service

· Confidence in Sales

· Saturday Availability

· Closing to Opening Availability (5:30am to 8pm)

Job Type: Part-Time and/or Full Time (between 15-40hours a week)
