Friendly reminder to respect our sun! ☀️ We need the sunshine and all its benefits, but we also have to protect our skin from the sun’s strength. Our beach trip last week was refreshing and much needed, but I should have eaten better nutrition and drank more water to help my cells and skin be ready for the sun! We can support our skin from the inside out to prevent burns and dry skin. I made a {NEW RECIPE} just for this! It is excellent for dry, sunburned areas. I made it with wagyu beef tallow, jajoba, olive oil, vitamin E, the dandelion oil I made a few weeks ago, lavender, frankincense, and calendula oil. It’s thick & creamy so my dtr wants me to call it “skin support frosting”. lol lmk if you want the recipe or if you’d like to buy it, or trade for it!
