Kim is a Master Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach and GLP-1 Nutrition Certified Coach who helps people simplify nutrition and build realistic, sustainable habits that improve energy, digestion, confidence around food, and overall well-being. While many of her clients are women looking to feel like themselves again, she enjoys helping anyone who wants practical, personalized support to live a healthier life.

As a former elementary educator, Kim has a gift for breaking down nutrition into simple, achievable steps that fit real life. Rather than focusing on diets, calorie counting, or perfection, she helps clients create lasting habits that work with their lifestyle, not against it.
