Increase your connection to your worth and see how you accomplish your goals quicker. When people have specific issues such as shin splints, IT Band issues, running pains, back & shoulder pains, rounded shoulders, etc., I am able to aide in correcting it. This includes but is not limited to headaches caused by TMJD, tension, and/or stress. Recovering from surgery isn't easy, and I am able to help speed up the healing process of back and knee surgery. In the end, my main goals are to have you walk out feeling better than when you entered, being assured that my work is quality work, and that I care about you and helping with your issues. Another amazing retreat in the books! These women were ready to meet some of their shadows and step deeper into their light. Their honesty and openness were beautiful and everyone played all out.

Something that never gets old for me is the level of vulnerability these retreats create for women. In a world of AI, what we are starved for is connection to self and connection to others. These women did that. All different backgrounds and interested and they came together as one. Each loving and encouraging the other. It's in these moments that connection and healing happen.

Imagine for a second what life would feel like if you felt comfortable in your body and at home with your emotions.

You quit striving. You quit trying to prove. And you inherently knew your worth.

How would you move throughout your day? What risk would you take knowing you would be ok?

You navigate life differently when you’re connected to that deep inner knowing of who you are. You face challenges with strength. You’re ready to receive what God—or the universe—has in store for you. And you trust the process.

I can’t promise all of that will happen in three days. But I can promise you’ll leave seeing yourself differently. Not because you became someone new, but because you remembered how absolutely brilliant you already are.

That’s my superpower. I sit with women in moments of transformation and help them feel anchored in themselves.

One of my favorite moments from my last retreat happened while we were playing cards. 😂

One of the women lost a hand (to yours truly) and had this flash of frustration.

She stopped. Started laughing.

And said, “Oh my gosh! Where did THAT come from?!”

We both completely lost it laughing.

What made the moment so memorable was that she noticed it with humor instead of judgment.

No shame.

No trying to hide it.

Just humor.

I think that’s what healing really looks like.

Not becoming someone who never has reactions.

Becoming someone who can notice it, smile, and laugh at herself.

To be honest, I think that’s the freedom we're all looking for.
