Imagine for a second what life would feel like if you felt comfortable in your body and at home with your emotions.

You quit striving. You quit trying to prove. And you inherently knew your worth.

How would you move throughout your day? What risk would you take knowing you would be ok?

You navigate life differently when you’re connected to that deep inner knowing of who you are. You face challenges with strength. You’re ready to receive what God—or the universe—has in store for you. And you trust the process.

I can’t promise all of that will happen in three days. But I can promise you’ll leave seeing yourself differently. Not because you became someone new, but because you remembered how absolutely brilliant you already are.

One of my favorite moments from my last retreat happened while we were playing cards. 😂

One of the women lost a hand (to yours truly) and had this flash of frustration.

She stopped. Started laughing.

And said, “Oh my gosh! Where did THAT come from?!”

We both completely lost it laughing.

What made the moment so memorable was that she noticed it with humor instead of judgment.

No shame.

No trying to hide it.

Just humor.

I think that’s what healing really looks like.

Not becoming someone who never has reactions.

Becoming someone who can notice it, smile, and laugh at herself.

To be honest, I think that’s the freedom we're all looking for.

We came to Alaska mostly as strangers and left with a tight knit friendship.

There is something deeply connecting about crying and laughing together. Opening up and sharing your pain and your dreams.

The proving, striving and pushing disappears and is replaced with joy, laughter, purpose and connection.

Aligned by Design was everything I hoped and prayed it would be! I had an amazing team working with me and some of the most beautiful souls who joined on this adventure.

Why am I including 30 days of physical preparation before the retreat?

I’m so glad you asked!

The answer is: your body is not separate from your healing.

When your cells are supported with what they actually need, your body has the capacity to regulate, recover, and respond differently.

If we support your body at this level before we even begin the deeper work, everything we do on the retreat lands differently.

You will notice the shifts more easily, your nervous system will feel safer, and your body will trust you more. You will have spent 30 days showing up for it consistently.

That kind of self-trust changes everything!

For me, this is non-negotiable. And once you experience it, you’ll understand why.
