What a busy 60hr first week back! It was so great to be working behind the chair and loving on my clients! They were all so patient with longer processing and clean up times. I am so blessed to have a full calendar and a body that can stand and move through these long days. Have a great week everyone!

I am so happy to announce the salon is reopening 🙌 I can’t wait to get back into a work routine that allows me to visit and love on my dear clients! The friendship, love and support you have shown me over the years and through this shutdown is so heartwarming 😊 I appreciate you all!

When returning to work there are some new guidelines to keep us all safer and they must be followed to avoid fines or salon closure.

This includes:

* All clients and salon professionals must wear a mask.

* No clients can enter the building before their designated appointment as the doors are locked.

*There are no waiting chairs in the halls. I will be escorting you into the salon and you must not bring additional people with you to your appointment.

* You will be asked to wash your hands upon entry of salon with the antibacterial soap I am providing. If you want hand sanitizer please bring your own as it depletes my stock fast when everyone uses it.

*Please reschedule your appointment when experiencing any symptoms of feeling ill including “sinus”. Even with the masks and disinfectants everywhere we will not tolerate the risk.

I was operating within these same guidelines before the mandated closure with the exception of clients needing a mask.I feel very confident in my knowledge of properly using disinfects to clean the salon and all implements.

Since I was unable to work for 6 weeks I have a large list of clients to reschedule 😆. I say that humbly and oh so grateful to have so many awesome clients who are ready to come back! Please know I am trying my best to get everyone caught up as fast as I can but I am now working around longer blocks in between clients to ensure thorough cleanings of the salon. I also only have childcare set through the end of May. I am hopeful Cy’s summer camp staring in June is still going to take place 🙏🏻. If you haven’t heard from me yet I haven’t forgotten you. You are important to me 😊 If you have a special event coming up (ex:wedding or vacation) that I can try to accommodate with the schedule please reach out to me 251-463-2806.

Hey friends! I miss seeing everyone so much! I am praying Governor Kay Ivey will announce a reopen date very soon! Once I can reopen this is how you will see me during our hair dates for a while. It is likely that clients must wear masks also and I will continue to thoroughly sanitize the salon. We will all need to follow the guidelines once announced. I hope you will feel comfortable to come enjoy your hair therapy. I will do my best to get everyone caught up as fast as I can but your continued patience is greatly appreciated 😉
