Self-doubt — we all feel it.

Sometimes self-doubt shows up when there isn't even a clear reason for it.

I experience it too. There are moments when I question myself, what I'm doing, and whether I'm on the right path — even when deep down I know that I am.

I loved my sister's perspective on this one: sometimes there aren't any footsteps to follow because you're creating your own path. ❤️

Ya'll!! What an unexpected surprise!!

I honestly wasn't expecting this, and I'm incredibly grateful to whoever took the time to nominate my business.

Radiant Healing is still growing, and every person who has walked through my door, shared a post, left a review, recommended me to someone, or simply supported what I'm creating here in Sparta has been a part of that.

Have you ever had something come back up that you thought you were already over?

My sister Carrie and I sat down recently and talked about some of the things we've both been experiencing lately.

For her, August has brought up a lot of old relationship stuff — feelings and emotions connected to things she thought she'd already moved past.

But I think what she shares in this clip can apply to relationships, situations, and experiences in general. Sometimes old feelings show back up and leave us wondering… why am I feeling this again? I thought I already dealt with this.

Maybe something coming back up doesn't mean we've gone backwards. Maybe we're just looking at another layer of it from who we are now. ❤️

This is just one piece of a much longer conversation between two sisters about life, spirituality, healing, and some of the things we're still figuring out ourselves.

I received this review from one of the participants in my three-session Reiki Client Experience project, and I asked her if I could share some of it here because I think her words are worth sharing. 💜

She came into the experience curious about Reiki, but without really knowing what to expect.

After her sessions, she shared:

“After my first reiki session, I felt elated for days in a way I hadn't felt in years.”

“Minor inconveniences that seemed to compound themselves into major stress became just that—a minor inconvenience.”

And after completing all three sessions:

“Ultimately, my series of reiki sessions have helped me achieve an overall better perspective in life.”

What I appreciate most about her review is that she also acknowledged that Reiki isn't a “fix-all.” Her experience was her own, just as everyone's experience with Reiki will be different.

I'm incredibly grateful that she trusted me enough to be part of this project—and that she was willing to share her experience so openly for others who may be curious about Reiki themselves. 💜

I had an ah-ha moment today....

Ok, I've actually had this same one a few times, but sometimes it takes a few times to sink in. I will probably need a few more times to finally truly believe it.

I am one of those people whose thoughts never seem to stop. Quiet time in my brain is non-existent. They are intrusive at times, interrupting my meditations, conversations, and even reading. They are not always negative, but they are constant. I sometimes have thoughts on top of other thoughts — if that makes any sense.

Today, while doing Reiki on myself, thoughts kept coming into my mind about the day, things I'm going through, experiences...but I noticed something. As I was over a chakra, the thoughts that were entering my mind related to the chakra I was working on!

And I paused...and then it hit me.

Holy cow — the Universe, in all its glory, is using what I thought was an incredibly annoying and disruptive trait and turning it into something incredibly useful. And instead of pushing those thoughts away, maybe I should focus on them and see what they are trying to tell me!

BAM, mind blown.

An example — while over my throat chakra (all about expression and communication), I saw myself talking at a meeting that I was at about an hour earlier, and I heard myself say how much I loved feeling like I had a voice.

I didn't actually say that in the meeting, but this is how it played out in my mind.

I got this overwhelming sense of gratitude for being able to have a voice, along with the understanding and reminder that yes, I do have a voice — and to remember to use it to share my story, share my ideas, and help make a difference.

It was a lovely experience.

The Universe is truly amazing.

Some days, finding even a moment of peace within the chaos can feel difficult.

So today, I wanted to give you a few minutes to experience a little peace for yourself. 💜

This short guided practice isn't about simply thinking peaceful or positive thoughts—it's about connecting with something that brings you love, peace, or joy and allowing yourself to really feel it.

Find somewhere comfortable, give yourself a few quiet minutes, and follow along with me.

The world around you doesn't have to be peaceful for you to find a moment of peace within. 💜

✨I have openings available!
