This morning, we were disheartened to come to work and see and need to handle an uncomfortable but serious situation. We didn't think we would have this sort of problem, but as we all know, there is always that ONE person. That said, we feel forced to have to make this announcement-

PLEASE DO NOT POST OR LINK ENDORSEMENTS TO REDIRECT OUR GUESTS AND CLIENTS TO ANOTHER PAGE OR PRODUCT.

If you have a page or product that you feel we may be interested in, please private message the information to us so we can review it for personal and professional consideration. We are an active business and only ask that guests are kind, courteous and respect our page and other guests. We don't feel that is unreasonable or unreachable for our guests and clients. We are extremely selective when it comes to product quality, safety and effectiveness and typically use the products we carry ourselves. Most of which we have been using for YEARS. And we absolutely DO NOT AND WILL NOT allow or tolerate promoting or soliciting of illegal products, paraphernalia (or services for that matter) at our place of business. We have worked far too hard, invested entirely too much time away from our families, entirely too much energy and money dedicating ourselves to the service of our community for the last TWENTY FIVE YEARS (and dedicated 29 years to this field) to have anyone come along and jeopardize it now (or ever). The culprits have been reported and blocked, and the comments have been deleted. We apologize to any of you who may have been subjected to it before it came to our attention. We consider this a very serious matter. It is neither kind, nor courteous nor respectful to us, our distributors, our colleagues or our guests for people to visit another person's visit and ride their coat tails, (Attempt to solicit, steal, or benefit from another person's hard work with out permission) but it happens far more often than it should.

Our page is here to serve our guests and provide them with opportunities to grow and find balance, health and wellness on every level. It is here to emphasize Self Care. It is here to present natural options for mental, emotional, physical and energetic health. It is here to teach. It is here to offer a cyber extension of our physical sanctuary. It is here to be a safe place for guests to come and realize, they are not alone on their wellness journey and there are OPTIONS. We hope that in the past and in the days to come, you will find this to be so and that one day many of you will get the opportunity to come and visit our physical sanctuary and enjoy what we have to offer here.

Brian has been a part of our clinic for over 18 years and specialized in Electromagnetic Realignment Therapy and is/was/and always will be the beloved husband to our Founder and Director Nicole Dockins. We are all in complete and utter shock. Reiki, Healing, Prayers, Good Vibes and other genuine intent are welcome. The family needs all the love and healing we can afford at this time. Namaste and go in peace our dear sweet friend. 🖤

This is the hardest post I've ever had to make.
I just feel like I'm making this post entirely too frequently and it's one I never eant to have to make again, but I know that I will. We have lost SO many precious members and friends of our of our festival family. When we lost our Carol, one of our CEO's and the best Secretary and friend anyone could ask for I was lost. We were lost. I didnt think anything could hurt that bad. But I was wrong. We were wrong. And the universe seemed to say, "hold my cup".

On Tuesday evening, I lost my beloved husband, our Vice President and CEO, Brian Dockins. I actually met Brian at our event's previous incarnation, The Festival of Healing & Spiritual Awareness. Soon after that day, we became inseparable and so began our epic and tragic love story. It's why the festivals were always so important to us, why we were so invested in it's success and why Jan had asked us to carry it on when she couldn't any longer. And we did. How could we not when it started our tale and our youngest 2 grew up there. Fedtival was everything to us because it meant so much for our family. It's just so hard for us all to believe we've reached the last page now.

We were not prepared. It was sudden and very unexpected and we wanted so badly to refrain from public notification but that was taken away from us by well meaning people who got ahead of themselves, and us. It's taken a lot away from us, and caused a lot of pain and unneccesary hardship because we hadnt even had the chance to notify family. Not even his own mother or all the siblings. We are all in complete shock at this time.

Please, respect our family's privacy and deep inconsolable mourning. Any arrangements will be private, but we do hope to have a celebration of life at some later time after we are able to catch our breath and think clearly, so we can arrange the celebration a light like this deserves. You are welcome to comment on posts or PM if you must. But please don't call, text or especially hand out our phone numbers if we at some point trusted you with them, because we are already incredibly overwhelmed as it is.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding in this unbearable time. We have 5 kids, his mom who is almost 89 who's dimentia is declining rapidly with this incredible stress and loss and we are all just completely shattered.

We've been completely lost and broken hearted these last few weeks, but out of love and respect for the family, we are only now able to make the official statement. Goodbye my precious friend. Until we meet again.

Dear Festival Friends & Family,
I genuinely, dont know what to say or how to say this. Posts like these are never easy. But some hurt more than others & I have to say that this is one that is especially painful & I have tried and failed to type this without tears in my eyes & a knot in my throat. Out of respect and honor for the family, we were asked to wait until now before releasing the official statement. That time has passed and yet still is not enough for those of us left behind. On July 19, we lost Carol, her mortal vessel following on the 23rd. Carol Nelson was my literal right hand. We spoke off & on all day EVERY day. She worked so hard behind the scenes first the Festival of Healing & Spiritual Awareness and then as my partner as we birthed the festival into it's next incarnation, the INSIGHTS Festival. Without her, there IS no festival. Carol was always a constant in my life, my beloved Auntie, respected and wise elder to many, faithful friend and companion. I am completely lost without her. I will NEVER be able to say enough about her and words can't encompass what she gave to this world. To all of us. Her love for her animals ran especially deep. She didn't have any human children of her own, but she had fur babies and she always went without to make sure they didn't. Please know, there are many of you we wanted to contact directly first, but were unable. Brian and I have contracted covid pneumonia and while I am slowly recovering, he has been hospitalized. I am ONLY including this so you all will please understand if we do not respond to comments or pms and respect our grief and need to heal. This post is NOT about us. We just can't and need to focus on avoiding additional posts such as this. Carol would want all of you to know that she did NOT die from this horrible plague. In fact, we are unsure if the doctors ever reached a definitive cause of death. (Continued in comments...)

We've been working tirelessly behind the scenes getting things updated, upgraded and neat and tidy all the way around while we let the future unfold around us.

Sometimes, it's easy to get carried away and forget about self care, but self care doesn't always look like trips to the spa or vacations. (But don't get us wrong, we would LOVE that right about now!!). Sometimes self care is remembering to eat or eat better. Sometimes it's going to bed a little earlier. Sometimes it is getting up and walking away from your work for a few minutes for a mental re-set.

For us, today it looks like a refreshing tonic of fruits, water and ACV to help detox our system and rehydrate while we work towards getting our printer to connect to our new computer. (And, sometimes it looks like breaking down and getting that new computer!)
