Finding seafood of this caliber in South Dakota is incredibly rare, and we feel beyond privileged to be able to share it with our amazing community. Tennys Wild Alaskan brings this beautiful fish straight from the icy, pristine waters of Kodiak, Alaska, right here to Spearfish. It is flash-frozen immediately after being caught to lock in that unmatched, fresh-from-the-ocean flavor—truly bringing it from “Kodiak to Kitchen.” 🌊🎣

Whole chickens from Odessa Farm have officially hit the freezers again! Raised by an amazing local family in Nisland, SD, these birds take nutrient-dense food to a whole new level.
Odessa raises their poultry “Joel Salatin style.” These chickens are moved to fresh grass daily and fed local organic grain. This regenerative, pasture-based method means the flock is housed in movable shelters that are advanced to fresh pasture every single day, giving them constant access to fresh forage, bugs, and sunshine.
Because they live exactly how chickens are meant to live, noticing the difference in taste and quality between Odessa’s chicken and conventional chicken is powerfully easy.

Remember those beautiful pickling cucumbers and fresh dill that our local farmers brought us in? Our incredible team always puts their heart, soul, and kitchen talents to work to make sure not a single bite of that fresh bounty went to waste.
Our annual favorite, Bee’s Knees Refrigerator Pickles, are back! 🫙🌿 Made right here in-house using local cucumbers, fresh dill, garlic, and grape leaves for that perfect crunch.

It’s that magical time of year when fresh, local farmers market produce is overflowing, and we are celebrating with a delicious new addition to our Bee’s Knees Recipe’s collection! 🍅🥬
Meet the Farmer John BLT. 🥓🥪
We took a summertime classic and built it on our fresh, homemade Bee’s Knees sourdough. Then, we piled it high with crisp organic veggies, added a beautiful farm-fresh egg, and gave it the perfect kick with our very own hot and spicy Bee’s Knees grown peppers! 🌶️🍳🍞 (Because let’s be honest, homegrown peppers and fresh sourdough take everything to the next level!)
