🌿 Look What One Little Seed Became…
In 2024, our family planted a tiny little seed: Mommy & Me Yoga at the Park... I never could have imagined what that little humble seed would grow into. 🌱
This weekend, 20 beautiful souls gathered in our gorgeous park for Yoga at the Park.. Our hearts & souls? So, so full of joy & love!!
It was a hot one, but that beautiful creek breeze kept us cool. We moved, laughed, breathed, connected, and received the most beautiful sound healing from Ginger's soul and healing hands over her magical bowls. We had a beautiful wide range of ages, new faces, old friends, a beautiful family that came together to practice yoga, and even someone experiencing yoga for the very first time. ❤️
There was so much magic in that circle!! We are all still vibing and zinging- at moments I am like, pinch myself, this is true & our dreams are becoming real!
New friendships. New connections. Synchronicities. Infinite Possibilities.
A special thank you to Ginger who came from Nebraska to share her gifts & Sarah for sharing our gathering with her community and helping this little seed travel even farther. Your love and support, oh my goodness, we are so grateful for!! 🌿❤️
And this little vision of creating more beautiful offerings in our gorgeous park, with more teachers, more gifts, more ways to gather and share our love of yoga, healing, miracles, and community… well…
