Appointment Swapping & Substitution Policy

Appointments are non-transferable at the time of service. If you want to send a friend or family member in your place, notify us and have them complete their client intake forms at least 24 hours before the session.

No Direct Appointment Swaps
Appointments are reserved specifically for the individual booked and cannot be transferred or swapped with friends or family members on short notice. Because new or substitute clients require health history intake screening and booking verification prior to treatment, last-minute substitutions cannot be accommodated at the time of the appointment.

24-Hour Notice Required for Client Substitutions
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and wish to offer your time slot to a friend or family member:

Advance Notice: You must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request a client substitution.

Intake & Verification: The substitute individual must complete their required health intake forms in office at appointment start time.

Unapproved Transfers: If a friend or family member arrives in your place without 24 hours' prior notice and completed paperwork, the session will be canceled, and the standard Late Cancellation Fee will apply.

Hello friends,
Because of some last-minute cancellations, I want to remind you of my cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. This allows us enough time to offer the open appointment time to other clients.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 10% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows (failing to show up without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost before a future appointment can be booked.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your scheduled time, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments following yours. You will still be responsible for the full fee of the scheduled service.

Emergency & Illness Policy
We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for genuine emergencies or contagious illness. Please contact as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell.
