Earth Mother Apothecary and Wellness Center is about all things herbal...lotions, salves, herbal medicines and a whole lot more. We make these things for our own family and decided that we shouldn't keep all of these goodies to ourselves, but share them with you. We believe also in the body's ability to heal itself, Reiki sessions are one way of helping your body heal naturally. Natural products a

nd energy healing can come with pretty hefty price tags. Our goal is to make health, and wholesome, natural products within everyone's reach. We will be using this page to let you all know what events you can find us at, to advertise sale and new items available on our website, build up a natural living community and to offer up recipes and how tos here and there. We hope that you enjoy your time here.

Ritual salts are botanical mineral blends created to turn an ordinary bath or foot soak into a moment of intentional tending.They can also be placed in a bowl in your space as a visual reminder of your goals. Each blend is crafted around a particular theme such as rest, love, courage, protection, release, or inner reflection and invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for what you need in that moment.

Fridays are for tending me.
There is still work to be done. Meals to make. A home and family to tend. Life doesn't stop simply because I've decided to make space for myself.
But on Fridays, I move a little differently.
I take more time with the things I might otherwise rush through. I tend my hair. I care for my skin. I light the candles. I put on the scent I love. I make myself something beautiful to drink. I choose music that reminds me that I am healthy, beautiful, loving and loved.
I bless the oils and creams that touch my body, and I use them with intention, not because these things are necessary to make me worthy or beautiful, but because caring for myself is one of the ways I remember that I already am.
There is something powerful about romanticizing the ordinary. A shower becomes a ritual, brushing your hair becomes an act of tenderness, moisturizing your skin becomes gratitude for the body carrying you through this life. None of it has to be elaborate. Sometimes self-care is simply deciding that you deserve some of the same attention you so freely give to everyone and everything else.
So Fridays are mine. A little softer, a little slower, a little more beautiful.

I found this beautiful Ghost Pipe plant while waking my land yesterday.
Ghost pipe is considered a rarer plant. This plant has no chlorophyll, and unlike most plants, it gets energy from nearby tree roots.
Ghost pipe tincture had been used to help with sleep, for easing anxiety, grief, and trauma. It has also been used to help manage pain. Do you have ghost pipe growing near you?
