I didn’t start Hidden Angels because I wanted another business.

I started it because after years working as a CNA, I saw families struggling to navigate care decisions with little guidance and a lot of stress.

Many people don’t know where to begin, what resources exist, or what questions they should even be asking.

Hidden Angels was created to help families find clarity, understand their options, and build a plan that works for their unique situation.

Meet Xyla! I rescued Xyla in 2024 and shortly after she became a therapy dog. Xyla went to work with me multiple days a week, the activities department would bring Xyla around to all the residents and it truly brightened their day. If you don’t believe in animal therapy, you should! So many residents fell in love with her along with the staff. Just wanted you all to meet my little sidekick! ❤️ (Pic of my other puppy so he doesn’t feel left out 😅)

One thing I’ve learned working in healthcare is that caregiving often comes with responsibilities people never expected to take on.

Suddenly you’re coordinating appointments, managing medications, keeping track of schedules, and making important decisions for someone you love.

It can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to balance everything else life is asking of you.

One thing I learned as a CNA is that most families don’t struggle because they don’t care enough.
