Need energy?

Not the kind that comes from another cup of coffee…
The kind that actually lasts.

Most people don’t realize this, but low energy isn’t always about sleep. It’s often about how well your body is producing and using energy at a cellular level.

Here are a few of my favorite energy hacks that I use personally and with patients:

• Green tea → gentle lift without the crash

That’s not a coincidence.

That can point to environmental triggers like mold exposure.

What is one food you wish was healthy?

I’ll go first… nachos.

I wish nachos were the ultimate health food.

Sure, I can make them healthier at home with organic corn chips, good quality cheese, fajita meat, jalapeños, and guacamole. And that’s a much better option.

But sometimes I just want to walk into a restaurant, order nachos, and not feel like I just dropped a bomb on my calorie intake.

They’re my comfort food. They’re what I crave when I’m stressed.

And honestly, this is where a lot of people get stuck.

It’s not about willpower. It’s about understanding why those cravings hit in the first place.

Blood sugar swings, stress, and hormones all play a role in what your body asks for.

So instead of trying to be perfect, I focus on helping patients understand their patterns and make better choices without feeling restricted.

Now I’m curious…
