🥾Every month, HIKE lands somewhere new in Spokane. A different neighborhood. A different women-owned venue. The same thing every time: real women, real conversation, zero pitch energy.

🥾Every month. Rotating stops. Free to show up. No agenda, no speakers, no pressure to network. Just women in a room — and the leads, referrals, and friendships that come naturally from that.

Through nervous system attunement, sensory opening, and direct interaction with plant allies, you will learn how to listen beyond words and reconnect with the language of the living world. Together, we will explore how plants speak through sensation, imagery, and emotion—and how to trust what you receive.

A gentle tea of rose and lemon balm will be served to soften the body and open the heart, supporting receptivity and intuitive awareness.

This workshop is for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with plants, their bodies, and the unseen. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to listen. Just bring yourself, a journal, and your preferred writing or art tool.

I help high-achieving women restore balance, vitality, and embodied wellness through personalized clinical herbal medicine rooted in spiritual and alchemic tradition. I am a clinical herbalist working on my Master’s degree in Clinical Herbal Medicine and accreditation with the American Herbalist’s Guild, a U.S. Army Veteran, and an Iyanifa (Mother of Ifa).
