Ever wonder why I start most sessions with the Theragun?

✨ It helps wake up and loosen tight muscles before we stretch.

✨ It tells your nervous system, “Hey... it’s safe to relax.”

✨ And let’s be honest... it feels REALLY good.

In fact, more than a few clients have said, “You could do this for the whole hour and I’d be happy.” 😂

The Theragun is just the beginning. Once your body starts to soften, we can move deeper into gentle fascia stretching and help you leave feeling lighter, looser, and moving with more ease.

Me at 9am: Today is MINE. I’m going to relax. Maybe putter around. Do something fun.

Also me: Better make that ONE appointment I’ve been putting off.

33 minutes of hold music and a full interrogation later…

Sports physical: BOOKED.

Will I now reward myself for this heroic achievement by accomplishing absolutely nothing else today?
Probably. 😂
Please tell me I’m not the only one whose “day off” immediately becomes an unpaid administrative position.
