Our mission is to provide a non-invasive natural respiratory cleanse. Clients can de stress while relaxing during their Natural Clarity wellness session. The Saltroom of Spokane allows its clients to experience all the benefits of halotherapy in a totally immersive environment. When they step into our salt chamber, they’re surrounded by walls covered in salt, which produce a high negative ion conc

entration in the room. They’re then able to lay back in an anti-gravity chair where they can breathe in a super-fine salt mist. All of this allows them to experience wellness and relaxation in a way that can lead to allergy relief, a boost in the immune system, respiratory cleansing, and mental clarity.

Its been so nice to have some showers to wash off the smoke/dusty landscape. Doing a bit of much needed yardwork today. Hoping to have everything cleaned up over the weekend.
So glad to have a halotherapy session after working outside.

Attended the 89th Annual Greek Festival in Spokane. I enjoyed the food and watching the dancing performance. Seating was outside and by the end of the evening the smoke in the air was affecting my breathing. Halotherapy is good for your skin. My children had almost no teenage acne, skin break outs, or pimples. I attribute this to regular use of halotherapy during their teen years along with a relatively healthy diet. I have great skin now which I think is directly related to 20 years of airborne salt at the Salt Crystal Cottage. I don't take frequent halotherapy sessions per se, but I prep the chairs in the saltroom for each appointment and I'm always cleaning up salt dust from all the adjacent rooms. ;D
