The energy last night was 👌

❤️‍🔥 something shift in the air when people come together

☀️ everything gets a little more vivid when we sit in authenticity and vulnerability.

Deep gratitude to everyone that showed up last night. 🙏🏼

👋 Did you know Leah and Kolbie have been practicing “wellness” together since they were eight? 👶

Although back then, wellness looked more like:

20+++ hours of gymnastics a week. 💪
Bike rides all over town. 🚲
Walking everywhere. 🚶‍♀️
Painting their nails between practices. 💅
Learning the city bus routes. 🚌
And occasionally making transportation decisions that would now require a long conversation with their own children. 🤭 👍🏽

Somehow, they survived, grew up, found each other again, and created Wildly Well. 🌱

Honestly, the reunion feels less like coincidence and more like the universe finishing a story it started years ago.🩵

💕 Sometimes losing our rhythm does not look dramatic.

It can sounds like a shorter temper.
It can feel like persistent fatigue or brain fog.
It shows up as less patience for the people and practices we care about.

For Leah, fatigue and irritability are invitations to pause—not personal failures to push through. It's her body communicating to her. ✨️

The body often speaks quietly before it begins shouting.

Wellness starts with learning to listen.

🪷 Our intention is to create a space and a practice for women ready to step out of limiting patterns and beliefs, to release old stories in order to meet herself again and again.

🔥✨️🌙 The elements we will move through on 6/6/26 are for you, for you to use and share.

🩵 Our hope is that when you leave you are more grounded and empowered and you are willing to share the truth of who you are, so that slowly those around you are brave enough to step into their truth 🙏🏼
