Okay but truly… I wish something like this existed when I was pregnant/postpartum. 🤍

Lilac Parent Village is our free weekly support + education group for families in pregnancy and postpartum here in Spokane/ Spokane Valley. Moms and dads are both welcome, babies are welcome, and there’s zero pressure to “have it together.”

Come hang out, learn something new, get support, and start building your village before postpartum hits. 💜 Come when you can, leave when you need to.

One of the biggest surprises for new mothers isn’t how hard postpartum can sometimes feel…how lonely it can feel.

Modern motherhood often expects women to recover, nurture, feed, heal, and adjust to an entirely new identity while quietly doing most of it alone.

But mothers were never meant to do this without community.

That’s why I created a postpartum support group here in Spokane. A space where mothers can come exactly as they are. No pressure. No perfection. Just support, education, honest conversation, and connection.

Spokane has so many incredible mothers, but too many of us are still walking through pregnancy feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to start.

If I were pregnant right now, I wouldn’t focus only on the nursery or the baby gear. I’d focus on support. On education. On community. On preparing my mind and nervous system for birth and postpartum too.

You deserve to feel held through this season.

Spokane expectant mamas!!!
Now booking for 2027 due dates! I am fully booked for births for 2026 and have very few openings for adoption clients. So grateful for the women I’ve been able to support snd will be supporting in 2026.

As your doula, I will always encourage a calm, quiet space when labor gets serious.
Hospitals can feel so sterile and cold. It seems simple, but calm lighting, soft music or white noise in the background can bring softness to the space allowing you to focus on your body and practice mindfulness.

The hospital space is YOURS so make it how you want!
