The CATT1 study will look at whether the study drug, cadisegliatin (also called TTP399), can reduce the frequency of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) in adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM).
The study drug is a tablet taken by mouth. It is designed to stimulate the liver and improve the liver’s ability to store sugar from food, which may reduce episodes of high or low blood sugar.

Study participants receive:
• Possible access to a study drug
• Some participants will receive placebo, which has no active ingredients

Do you or a loved one have Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS)?
We are inviting adults with MS to join the REMASTER Study, which is looking into an investigational study drug in a new class of disease-modifying therapies (DMTs). You may be able to join the REMASTER Study if you:
• Are 18 to 65 years of age
• Have a documented diagnosis of MS
• Have had no relapses within 2 years before starting the study
• Have some disability but are able to walk without assistance or with a walking aid such as a cane or crutch
Study-related treatment, tests, and doctor visits are provided at no cost to you. Reimbursement for study-related expenses, such as meals, parking, or transportation may be available.
