There are currently 5 spaces remaining for this sound bath. Advance registration is required, so please reach out to reserve your spot!

We will provide: A yoga mat for you to lay on, a bolster, a throw blanket, and an eye mask. Please know that you are welcome to bring your own pillow, extra blanket, crystals, water, or any additional items that will help you feel comfortable and cozy during the experience.

What to wear: Comfortable, cozy layers are recommended, as your body may cool down while resting during the sound bath.
